fuse location for petrol locking cap golf mk4

does anyone know where the fuse is located for the petrol cap on a mrk 4 1.4 1999? I asume there is one as its electric, and the device does not seem to be siezed. Would appreciate any help.

its not fused seperate the flap works through the convience c.u the normall fault with the flaps on the mk4 was the petrol flap actuator up on the right 1/4 panel if you want to check the fuses just pull one out a time and look to see if any are gone
