View Full Version : strange starting

Evening,

I have experienced a strange starting behaviour over the last couple of cold starts.

The engine turns over for a couple of revolution more than normal, then starts and runs fine. It does try to fine at the normal time but doesn't go.

Could this be caused by a vacuum leak? I think I must have one as when I come to the car in the mornings I have no vacuum for the brakes.

How much, and which size do I need to buy to sort all the vac lines out?

Cheers John

Get the servo checked out quickly. If you have water getting in it, it could fail at any time. If this happens you may not stop when you need to.......
