Bentley continental Audio head removal

Can anyone tell me how to remove the infotainment head unit out of my Bentley continental flying spur. I think I have to start by removing the gearstick surround, but it all looks very flush and no screws showing.

i know its an old post but worth updating...the wooden surround around the head unit is secured by plastic lugs ,, you remove this piece by gently pulling it towards you as you sit in the drivers seat and it just pops out.
the speaker/airvent grill above is the same and sometimes i remove that first to get behind the wood fascia to pop off from the rear.
the infotainment unit is held on with several screws , be careful when extracting as not a lot of spare cable behind and these have to be unclipped from the unit in length order as you are able to see in and get your hand in..hope this helps
