Auto sleeper temp gauge, dash pcb?

My dad has an 87 water cooled autosleeper, the temp gauge no longer works and the low coolent content warning light constantly flashes despite there being no such issue!

Some told us there is some sort of pcb that controlls these items, can anyone confrim that is the case and or recommend where i might be able to get one?
