How many horns on a Touran ?

My horn is not working at all (Touran 2003). It made a strange sound for almost half a year but now it has come to a complete stop, no sound what so ever. I removed the horn and opend it. It looked nice from the outside, but when I opened it, it was full of oxide. The horn I opened was located on the left hand side (driver side) and it was high tone. When I looked at the internet I found out that there should be another horn (low tone). Is this correct ? If it is correct where can I find it ?

The treble horn -H2- and the bass horn -H7- are fitted on the left/right of the radiator respectively.

I went to my VW dealer the other day and we figured out that I just have one horn. It seem like a touran 2004 can have either 1 or 2 horns. I looked into the computer at the VW dealer and for my car the low tone horn was gray-marked (meaning that my car was not equipped with two horn)
