1999.5 VW New Jetta IV
We were recently driving and my wife pressed the unlock button on the passenger side door. As well as unlocking the door, it made the window go down. Furthermore, the passenger side window button is non responsive, and only the driver's side works sometimes. However if I use the key on the outside to lock all doors and close all windows, it finally goes up.
Any ideas on the cause or fix for this? I really don't want to take it into a dealer.
