Sharan radio traffic alerts

Hi, Bit of a DUMB question but here goes, How can I switch of the TP traffic alerts on my radio, the manual says it can be done but does not describe how! Sorry for the trivial question but its so annoying....

TP button switches it on - TP in display
FM button switches it off - TP disappears.
