Help? Window relay?

Anyone from around Manchester way know of somewhere decent too get my vrs mapped?

Also my windows, rear wiper and blowers don't work straight away upon ignition usually takes 2-5 mins for them too start working? Any ideas? I've been told too check the relay but have no idea where that is?
