undo hub nut
remove caliper and unplug abs from wheel arch (pull grommit and connection is behind)
might want to remove carrier and disc for less weight aswell
undo lower shock mount
undo track rod 10mm bolt on top first then nut/bolt
loosen lower ball joints but keep in place to take weight
shock can be removed first if you like by removing plastic grommits to reveal nuts
remove 3 bolts from engine bay that hold arm/top mount carrier
if it hasnt been removed before theres a little metal washer thing underneath that will stop it falling so you need to give it a pull

good luck
ive had lower ball joints that wouldnt undo so ive had to remove lower arms aswell which involves dropping subframe to get rear bolt out

you need a joint separator..like this -> http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/SYKES-PICKAVANT-BALL-JOINT-SEPERATOR-66055200_W0QQitemZ370363857929QQcmdZViewItemQQptZU K_Hand_Tools_Equipment?hash=item563b67fc09

dont use the one like this, it could damge the rubbers.. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NEW-BALL-JOINT-SEPERATOR-98742_W0QQitemZ280376630158QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_M easuring_Tools_Levels?hash=item4147bfdb8e
