Could an AMM (MAF) problem be intermittent?
I have had the EPC light on and off over the past week, brake lights are fine.
Symptoms range from slight regular surging of power when cruising with the EPC light off, to surging a lot with the light on.
Idle has been quite erratic when the light was on, sometimes the accelerator doesn't work at all. Then sometimes I turn the car off, wait a few moments and turn it back on and all symptoms go away.:confused:
Anyone near Kirby Muxloe with a fault code reader?:beerchug:
BTW anyone who suggests squirting electrical contact cleaner into your AMM or MAF needs to be ignored :zx11:.
I ask about the AMM in the first place because that is all I can think it might be, I've checked all hoses and cleaned plug connections etc, and search the forum.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
