puddle lights retro fit

Hi Could someone please help:1zhelp:, I am retro fittiing puddle lights on my B7 and i need to know the pinout for the 32pin blocks in the front doors---- I have seen a how to guide for an A3 but the block if diffrent that says pin one is for puddle lights but on my block pin one is already in use. Please help!
