towing stability program (conflict?)

A6 has towing stability program. However the caravan I am proposing to tow now comes with a new Alko trailer control system. Essentially when the caravan detects a sideways snake movement it applies the caravan brakes until the caravan is back under control. This works because the caravan is being pulled away from the car. My understanding is that the car towing stability program also slows the car when a snake is detected.

If this is the case, it is unlikely that the effect of the trailer control system will be effective. will this be a conflict making either system uneffective.

Any thoughts or advice on this greatly appreciated.

I have never come across this problem before, I personally think that TSP(trailer stability program) will have priority.
