Hi All,
The flip type key for my Touran will lock the car ok but wont open remotely.
The spare flip still works so I know its not the central locking. was going to change the battery but someone I know who used to fit car alarms says the fact it will close the car means it must be the button on the key is at fault.
Is it possible that a weakened battery would cause this??
I have left the Key with a work mate who will take it apart and have a look.
Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you resolve it.
