Hi All,

First post for a long time.... Been spending time in BMW's recently....

Yesterday I ordered a 2.0d 140 Auto R Line Tiguan...

Spec as below :

Reflex Silver
Parking assist
Leather/heated Seats
Nav
Panoramic roof
Cruise
Bluetooth (VW's parrot aftermarket equivalent) (iPhone user)

Very excited... Dealer located one so hopefully the wait will not be too long.

Not many but because I wanted the factory fit cruise control it had to be a factory order. I can wait :(

Couldn't they find you a 'stock' car & retrofit?

My dealer pointed out that cruise could be fitted exactly as it would be in the factory....

Two dealers told me there were "issues" with none factory installed cruise. One strongly advised against it :confused:

It was academic as they could not find a car in the UK without some option I did not want.

Fortunate that mine does have it factory fitted then....

We didn't need to drill into that conversation (retrofit) but I got the distinct impression it was a real easy one for them to do....
