adjusting the time and date

Hi all, have recently bought a TT quattro roadster but has no handbook, struglling to adjust the time and date.2001 model. Can anyone help?

Try twiddling the odometer reset button to the left and right. The general VAG thing is turning to the left makes the hours go up, and turning to the right makes the minutes go up. There's no option to make them go down., which is a pain in the backside when the clocks go back :D but fine when they go forward :D
