98 passat door strips.

The door strips on a 98 passsat( is it 3B or B5?) how do they come off?? Are they stuck on or bolts through?? The ones in the middle btw not the lower rubber ones. I want to colour code mine but dont know how they come off..

Also the bumper strips they just clip in dont they??
