T4 1999 2.5TD Blue I (i think its the 88bhp model)

Hi folks

Brand new to forums and hoping someone can help. having major probs with central locking and VW alarm. If i unlock either offside or nr side cab doors manually, all door servos go off and on untill i unlock the other side door and remote keyfob has stopped working. Bought a new servo lock and fitted to every door but still got same problem.
Also as an aside problem could anyone tell me of a cheap solution to replacing bearings on sliding door as VW would take my eyes out at approx £120

I can help you out with the sliding door issue but you need a bit of machining know-how or a friend that does.
