Help needed to programme premium b/tooth

Anyone in Central Scotland that can configure a premium bluetooth kit in my Passat CC. Garage that fitted it only set basic touchscreen settings.:zx11:
No voice, no display in dash and cant control it from the steering wheel.

They now say their VAGCOM is not working:aargh4: This has been going on for nearly a month.....would really like to get the full use out of this.

Unfortunatly I have handed my VAGCOM back to my mate who I borrowed it from and he is out of the country or I would have helped (I'm in EK).

I take it you have read my posts (http://www.vwaudiforum.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=81955) on all things handsfree?

Still waiting for the Garage to sort the handfree out. Do you know of anybody locally that has a vagcom that can finish the programming?

What is a vagcom, is it used to program the car? if so if I get my hands on one can I use it to make the follow me home lights stay on automatically rather than having to flash my lights before I get out of the car? (I only have a non GT spec cc)
