2.0 deisel taking a while to get to runinng temp

ive noticed my car is taking a while to get to running temp. it takes about 10 mins before it sits at 90 degrees

once its there though it stays there. just seems to take alot longer than my previous cars

anyone?

I think this is normal for a diesel... Petrol cars warm up quick... Mine takes a good 5-10 mins to warm up too

Yeah it takes alot longer than petrol version to get to 90`C,you should still start to feel heat through the vents long before it gets there though.
