Hi, I've searched the forum and can't see an answer for my issue. I've got a Gamma radio/cassette with single cd; over the last few months if you press preset number 6 it will sometimes freeze. You can switch the unit off but the dash display still shows the last station and it won't switch back on. I have found if I remove the head units, disconnect the cd player and reconnect it will come back to life. However a) the leads are very very tight and it's a nuisance to do this b) this time the unit is working in the sense the station info shows, you can change stations and play a cd but there is no sound at all and the in-dash display shows nothing. Is this likely to be the head unit? Should I bin it and buy one off ebay? Thanks
