My wife's Polo is an 04 1.4 FSI with just under 30,000 miles. It's just started to show the ECR warning light in the rev. counter. Manual just says it's an engine management system problem so I guess it's a fault code read. Does anyone in the Wigan area have vagcom and is willing to do a fault code read? We had one warning light showing shortly after we bought it - that was the one that looks like an engine and it was fixed under warranty with a new lambda sensor.
