Thy hav a premium laptop cover which I tuk out nd I've had a problem with the laptop n on the leaflet it says thy pik the laptop up next day. N it's been a full week no1 collected so I gt annoyed with the fake promises n dropped it off at pc world. But I want to complain regarding the problems I faced

You can call PC World customer service on 0844 561 0000 but your better off wiring to them as they are good at replying to mail.
