physical clicking from wheel

sounds odd i know but its the only way i can describe it. when turning hard right the left wheel seems to physicly click or jolt its like it cant turn anymore and its trying to resist if you know what i mean. what could be the problem?

Poss CV joint although this normally shows up as full lock towards the faulty one...

As above but also take a look at track rods/ends andthe upper and lower arms/joints
Check your wheel nuts are right/tight
