Cam belt change

My cam belt was changed on my 2001 TDI 1.9 PD at 60k. I am now at 110k. Having had little search around on the site it seems that the recommended interval is 4 yrs or 80k.
Anyone got any advice on when to get it changed next time? Obviously adding 80k to 60k (when it was done last time) would get me to 140k but I'm thinking that might be too long.

I do mine every MOT which is around 50'000 miles. I think the recommended interval is now 60'000.
Replace the water pump at the same time, each time. Only a few quid more.
