Asked my dealer but they think quite a bit of wiring and expense involved. As I understand things USA CCs do not have any fog lights enabled so to start they have to instal a European style lighting switch which has the positions to turn on fog lights, hence the need to run a trigger wire.
Here we start from the position of having such a switch as all UK CCs have at least a rear fog light so I would expect the necessary trigger wire to be present already. Anyone know different?
As CC rear fogs are provided via the 21W filament in the 5/21 dual filament bulbs used for the inner pair of tail lights it seems to me all should be needed is to set/unset the the relevant bits in the Central Electronic Module or is that just naive?
