I have an A8 2006 model with MMI / NON-BOSE system. I'm guessing its 6.5inch but confirmation appreciated.

For anyone interested I have recently had fitted to the the car - a pair of FOCAL 165VR's in the front doors, and powered by a FOCAL amp, and WOW ! - the clarify and depth of music I am now getting through from the Audi MMI system is mind blowing. I'm finally getting to enjoy the A8 more.
