Hi does anyone know where i can purchase a thermotat housing for my 1997 audi a6 1.8 petrol with the adr engine , hoping to not have to purchase from an audi dealer. I have been told that the thermostat is most likely stuck and that the housing will need replacing due to the fact that i have no heat from blowers and oil and temperature gauges dont go above 60 degrees . Any advice mst welcom :1zhelp:

you dont need to replace the housing unless its leaking or damaged
i would check the water pump circulation as well
