Audi Q7 engine oil

Hello
Can anyone help me on this??
I want to do an oil change between services but i can't decide wich one to use
CASTROL EDGE 5-30w or FUCHS TITAN GT 1 5-30w both meet the 507.00 specs!!
I know at Audi Northampton they use SHELL HELLIX but to be honest I dont trust SHELL!!

As a private owner intending to keep my A6 for a long time (!), I do the same. Nottingham Audi use Mobil 1 5w30 ESP (Emission system protection), which is available from Halfords. An 'expert' on another motoring forum that I frequent reckons that Mobil 1 out-performs anything else, in terms of staying within spec over time.
