any one got a fix for a sticky rod?? ive narrowed down the problem (i think) the answer to a post i put up last week regarding turbo rpm kick in.some times no turbo, sometimes as it should in and around 2000rpm,but most of the time its 3500rpm.have found that the wastegate rod is very sticky and is nowhere near the operating range that it should be,ie travel.obviously ive done the old wd40 trick and worked up and down with a screw driver (lying under motor) but as it should the wd40 is only a temp fix.obviously as soon as the turbo heats up the wd wears off and im back to square one HELP:aargh4: :aargh4:
