Gear Noise

Hi everyone
my question is that I drive a 53 reg volkswagon sharan 1.9 diesel.Recently I have noticed that when I change the first and the second gear i an hear two bump bump sounds can someone please tell me what I can do about it.

is it all the time or just when hot or cold whats the millage...

the mileage is very high but it happens al the time now

have you had a clutch done could be the duel mass flywheel just had mine done just before christmas with a full clutch cost me £750 supply and fit mine has got 115000 miles on it.i used to have a very slight thud but then started slipping so bit the bullet & took it to friend who is vag indi he told me what i thought the flywheel...have a look on the www.fordgalaxy.org.uk/ford (http://www.fordgalaxy.org.uk/ford) technical section you will have to register loads of info there do a search...
