electric window problem

Hi i got a 1997 vento, the drivers window has given up just clicks and wont close, i took the pannel of to take a look and the motor seems ok its the plastic wheel bit on top that looks like its not catching the the motor. was wondering where i can get a replacement part, been searching vento parts but im not sure what this part is called, be greatfull for any info on this as it causes major problems when trying to get tickets are car parks lol

i can alys take a picture to show you what part i mean. but im hopeing you guys will know what i mean.
