i know i have made a good choice with the VW side of things but how does everyone else think??

aye tis a big air scoop!

na i had a hole in my headlamp and therefore would never pass its MOT with it like that, so i removed thinking that i would have a new one by the end of the week but i have got round to changing my oil tomorrow, she will get there eventualy

i dont intend to do any boyracer mods to it, im not that kinda person

i like to get it running back to like it was when it was new and i may get it re-mapped, not stick unbadged grills and smoked headlamps on her

02 Golf GTTDi in shiny red that scares the bejeezus out of me when it comes to a bend.
Well built and reasonably quick but the handling is woeful.

I do have all my lights though so i'll see the tree before i hit it :D

not as dirty as mine either :o not been cleaned for 2 weeks, had around 300 m.way miles done and the car is filthy, dark colours look brilliant when clean and wet look, but dirt sticks to them like poo to a carpet :o

You look like you doing fine to me mate. I am 43 now and the MX-5 is my better half's motor. She lets me fill it up with petrol, that really is the only time I drive it (they are real good fun though)
Just look around at the prices you can get a Ferrari for. The buying cost is not really an issue, it is the running cost ;).

Everyone could own a Ferrari and put one in the garage :p In fact all go out and buy one, then mine will go up in value!!!

updated my car today
