right.....here i go,2002 vw passat 130tdi se ,the original brake switch fitted was faulty,seemed to have been made from airfix or something similar.new switch fitted today ,genuine vw part from dealer,world of difference.tested and brake lights all ok.guy cleared abs and esp error with laptop.went to drive car tonight,switched on,happy days no probs...drove the car a few yards down the drive....braked....no lights and the esp and abs warning lights have come on.any suggestions?ready for the looney bin at this point!!:aargh4:
