Sharan aux heater........again!

Hi folks,
Chasing the non-working aux heater and have now interrogated via Vag-Com......got the following:-
1. 01492 Function lockout
2. 01409 repeated flame out.......................does this indicate that the glowplug is at fault??

also
00956 key 2 09-1- adaptation limit surpassed-intermittent

I reset them all and then tried the aux heater.........no joy! another scan gave:-
01414 combustion air blower(v6) 3600 open circuit

Does anyone know what all this indicates before I change the glowplug and discover it's the fan at fault?
