Multifunction computer and Cruise control Polo 9n3

Hello,

I've got a new Polo SE 1.4 petrol 2007, I've done a few things to it cosmetically, but I regret not getting the multifunction computer along with the cruise control now! I've been searching around on how to figure this out, but with no great results; does anyone have any clue on fitting a new dash with the computer and then a cruise stalk in order to work it? :confused:

Hi,
I've seen various cruise control stalks for sale on ebay etc.Once installed it needs to be activated via the EOBD port i believe.
Not so sure about the actual instrument cluster though.Must be possible.

Hi Daa709, i am in the process of fitting a cruise stalk to my Polo gti 2006. I have the trip button on the right and the cruise trip on the left.

Problems so far:

My Traction light has come on
An error code of turn angle sensor has appeared on the VAG COM
My Cruise doesn't work as yet.

I have been told different things :confused:

1. I might have to connect a mini wiring loom to the cruise stick
2. I will have to get in the VAG setting find the matching code for the activation.

I didn't know it would be so much of a headache.:aargh4:

I know it's been a while, but any luck with adding the Cruise and trip????
I have just bought the wife a 1.4 TDi, and I'm thinking of doing the same
