S4 start up

2003 S4 - when car has been sitting for a while, on initial start up noticed that slight vibration / rattle felt for only a moment or so - any ideas?? or is it just the cams rattling until oil reaches them. Car runs perfectly elsewhere - maybe I 'm just moaning about nothing really.....

Its a big V8, your gonna got a little vibration from it when cold, will just be the engine settling as you suspect, I get a slight side to side vibration in my V6, this is because the engine is mounted straight as opposed to transverse as in 4-cylinder engined cars.
