The driveshaft has come away from the gearbox...can anyone tell me what would be involved in repairing this...i'd like to have a go myself as the pennys are tight...

Is the unversal joint snapped? Or is the output seal to the driveshaft leaking?

It seems the joints snapped and come away from the gearbox

That might be a little more rough. Do you have a vice? If not you might need to buy one or buy a new drive shaft?

it may be essayer to get one off ebay
