Just like to say hello to all. I have recently become an Audi owner after wanting an A4 Avant for ages. Originally wanted an S4 but was dissapointed with engine performance from th 4.2 V8. Eventually went for Satan's fuel and opted for the 3.0 Tdi 233bhp. Initially the Audi was great with performance/looks to match but I like to be a little individual if I can.
So in little over a month, the Audi now runs Revo software and a full Milltek Cat bypass St/Stl exhaust system. I've also added Rs4 alloys, Aluminium wing mirror covers and a full Rieger Bodykit. The Audi now sounds/looks more unique with blistering performance returning 290bhp and 550nm torque. All that running through the Quattro system, the results are amazing.
I will be scouting the forum for more ideas regarding performance/styling.
Looking forward to becoming an active member of VWAUDI Forum.

Yes the torque is v.impressive. Had a Leon Cupra R before the A4 and that was running 270bhp with 290lb/ft. Not that useful in front wheel drive with standard Diff!!

Hello to all. Well after after driving my Corrado VR6 for the last 10 years (along with other company cars provided and then taken away along the way) I have come to the conclusion I need a more practical more fuel efficient 'sensible car' as the VR was costsing a bomb each month on fuel.
I found a black B7 Avant 3.0 Quattro with full leather and sat nav and pick it up next week once the bank transfer has cleared!
What I want to know is how much I should be expecting to pay for the full Milltek Cat bypass St/Stl exhaust system mentioned above?? I googled it and up came this forum!
Cheers

Well done for finding a 3.0tdi, they are fairly difficult to come by! Milltek system complete with Cat bypass was about £890 if my memory serves me correctly. Go to Ebay and I'm pretty sure you will find a few systems on there as I had to wait for my system to be manufactured and I think they may have made a small batch in the process because after receiving my system they all of a sudden appeared on Ebay.
Good luck!

I've just bought one of these myself.
Here (http://www.fontain.co.uk/vehicle-details.asp?region=&order=&Model=&Make=&BodyType=&FuelType=&Transmission=&intMin=&intMax=&RSpage=1&ID=1326478)it is; I'll be collecting it in a week's time. It's totally standard - and will stay that way - but even without re-mapping, the torque is sensational.
It's my first ever diesel, and I'm soooooo looking forward to it.
