Change driver interior door handle?

Hello,

Ive got a 2005 Touran sport, and I have got a replacement interior driver door handle ordered from the internet to replace my badly scratched one (rubber coating peels off easily on them!)

Has anyone ever replaced one? - Does anyone know how to do it? - Do I need to remove the entire inside door trim, and if so is this easy/tricky job! - any tips would be appreciated!!

Hi there,
Did you get anywhere with the handle etc? I have same problem, and aluminium trip above handle is dented too. Can't find any info easily.
