2nd hand parts???

Does anyone know of places I can get my hands on 2nd hand parts at all?

The part I need is £85-00 plus VAT new from VW and I thought I'd try 2nd hand instead.

I'm after the aluminium piping that is part of the turbo system that goes from the drivers side front of the car just in front of the wheel, behind the drivers wheel and round to the back of the engine.....apologies for my shockingly poor description there! Any ideas?

A tiny bit of aluminium that holds the end of the pipe that connects to it has broken off so when I give it some beans it parts and pressure is lost :( I don't fancy paying full wack to VW just because a small part of aluminium has broken. Poorly designed in my opinion.

look in your local auto trader the have breakers yards in there many of which specialise in a certain make of car mate we have two that only deal in vws here but much too far for u to travel lol

eBay, they are ALWAYS breaking up VW Golf's. I have bought loads of bits from online sellers and have always been impressed with them.
