Hello my friends ,
My brother is an owner of an AUDI A4 A5 2008 model with concert audio MMI . When he bought it the car had a bleutooth logo in the screen when we switched it on .
After a month we try to connect via bluetooth a phone but we cannot find a bluetooth device from the car . We also cannot find the logo that had apeared when we bought it .
There is a button in MMI which says phone . We push it and after we push a button saying in the screen setup telephone but also cannot find a bluetoth device when searching with the phone .
How do you setup a phone in your audi ?We also try with the engine on and the key only on but nothing again .
What's the procedure to connect with a phone ?
We also try 4 diferent devices (nokia, samsung ,erricsson) .

thanx in advance ..

I think you need to do the pairing within the first three minutes of the ignition being switched on. After this, the car stops being visible for pairing.

If you still can't pair with the car, your Bluetooth module may be faulty - it's worth getting someone with VCDS to connect to the car to see if any faults are logged.

Start from the beginning :

Press car
Press setup

Select bluetooth from the control button.

You can then turn it on/off, find devices, discoverability, bonded devices etc
