Endurance of Audi A4 (BEX) piston

Hi.I am new in forum and i have a questions.
The piston of Audi A4 with machine code BEX (190hp)
how horse power endurance?I want to change only
the rods for about 380hp.What is your opinion about?
The oem pump is enough for 380hp?

My car is A4 2003 1.8tq with KKKO4-015
and about 240hp.
