VW Golf GTI...What to do????

I recently brought a 02 golf gti 3dr....:approve:
I've seen so many mods/uprgades to do, I don't know where to start...any suggestions?

Also any1 can suggest whether getting the timing belt & water pump changed together is the best thing to do?

Most places do advise to change the water pump when you get the cam belt changed... It not that much extra money to do however if it goes wrong later the labour cost will be more than the parts
