desicion 1.4 tdi 70

hi guys

i need some prof. advice

i am looking for a skoda fabia 2004 araund 30000 on the clock to buy and also in my mind there is two more cars

1 is again same engine 1.4 tdi vw polo
2 is again polo but 1.9 tdi

i am murdering miles in the city the car is up running all day long sometimes
i am not really in to speed to much
i have been using a seat ibiza 1.2 which i feel powerless but very economical
at the moment i have a 1.8 t and 150.000 miles on the clock is not helping my to keep my maintance costs down

i need uo to offer me one of these cars guys please
which oen i should go for
fabia looks bigger but the desing look is not so impressive but despite polo looks smaller i belive it is easy to sell in few years

last thing i ned from u guys probably i will be over 100.000 miles after 3 years so i think is better to buy a 1.9 or 1.4
the mpg doesnt look like so diffrent but because i will be doing lots of in the city miles i believe i am better of with 1.4 tdi 70hp
