Problem With VW Sharan Gearbox

Hi

My 2005 VW Sharan Tdi Has A Slight Problem That When You Go From Neutral To Any Gear There Is A Clonk From The Gearbox, Its Driving Ok Otherwise But Just Wondered If This Is Serious In That I Should Not Drive It As It Could Wreck The Gearbox Etc.
It’s A Six Speed Gearbox With 108k Miles.
