Picked up the CC this afternoon. Just a gentle run home so far, respectful of the sub zero conditions all the way. Lots to do when the weather improves.

Just can't understand why it takes four weeks from build date to get a car from Emden to the dealer, less than 200 miles as the crow flies. But thats nothing; dealer tells me he is still waiting for Golfs ordered for customers last June, one of which was intended as a 2009 Christmas present.

Just had a call my CC is now at the dealers (VW Breeze) and ready for delivery next Thursday. That will be 23 weeks since it was ordered. Looking forward getting hold of it at last.

My Passat CC GT was delivered today. Only had a short 25 mile drive but like it so far. Wish I had gone for the parking sensors or the rear view camera though!

leigh i also have neither and regret it, couple of months down the line and the wife and neighbours still laugh at my parking, but as i say the car looks great no matter what angle i leave it.
