air vent wheel illumination

Maybe this is a sign of senility but...

I've just noticed in my A5 that the air vent damper wheels don't illuminate at night. I am sure the equivalent wheels in my old A3 did, so is this a case of an electrical fault or is the design actually for them not to be illuminated? All the other controls have the usual night time illumination....

Could be part of the "light package", did you spec it?

Hi Kite, no I bought the car 4 months ago second hand, it's an April 08 S-line so whatever that gets you by way of lit-up wheels is what it should have!

Phone Audi CS and quote the reg No. and they can give you the spec from the factory.
