Alarm having a fit!

Need help with my Golf 150 pd engine arl

The alarm keeps randomly going off, there no major wind or any abnormal conditions

And also the indicators are not flashing (sometimes) when i lock it, iv gone round and closed every door properly including the bonet

the last time i have lcoked it the indicators did not flash so there for the alarm is not set? but it aint been off for a while

But when i lock it when i came in they flashed and the alrarm went off 10mins after been sat.....:confused:

get a fault scan, should tell you what is setting the alarm off, could be a dodgy boot lock
Golfs seem to suffer with....

Yeah thank you it is my boot latch at fault

But it works some times and not others....does that it could be a dodgy connection that i could solve without buying a new latch?

Please help and it is now midnight and it keeps going off and im sure my neighbours will not be best pleased!

Try a good squirt of WD40 or the like.....
