ECU reset

Hi there

Is there a way of reseting the ecu without a computer?

I want to try and trick the heater into reseting the flaps so i can have heat

If the flap motors are faulty, resetting, output testing and basic settings on a diagnostic computer won’t help never mind any other method, they have to be replaced and then set up in basic settings. There is a lot to be said for cable operated flaps.
