ok, i got a b6 with one key. i brought a used key of ebay that has the same part number and freq mhz.

Ive had the new blade cut, now just need the key coded to the car.

Dont wana pay dealer prices.

Also some1 said you cant recode the transponder is this true? any1 else done wat im trying to achieve?

someone close by must be able to help me out? come on guys...

Yes you'll need a new transponder. I can the key for you (you need more than VAG-COM) and I'm in Mansfield.

Have a look at the ebay finds section, ive posted an item number on there for a virgin transponder and a blank blade for about 8 quid, should sort you out if you see the nice man at shark .
